VOLASTIC SILVER PLUS NOZZLE - NO RADIUS
Volastic smart hot runner technology makes the way products are designed & manufactured easier. The unique patented hot runner nozzles provide faster and more even heat profiles & accurate control over your plastic material. The combination of the right choice of nozzles, manifold design & controllers is critical to optimising the moulding performance (especially in difficult filling plastics), with the ultimate measure being a quality moulding at minimum cost per part. Our stock is in the ‘Silver’ & ‘Silver Plus range of nozzles in the more popular lengths, tip & nut design. The full Volastic range is available on request.
The ‘Silver’ & ‘Silver Plus’ range features the patented directly heated tip design. Directly heating the tip (rather than the heater indirectly heating the tip through the nozzle body) provides superior control with less consumed energy.
‘Silver Plus’ nozzles are of the more popular lengths and hence are offered with a cost saving.
